21 Day Cleanse

As I write this post, I’m on day 5 of 21 Day renewal.

My Daily goals are
1. Meditate on the word
2. Say positive affirmations
3. Drink warm water with fresh lemon
4. Eat clean
5. Drink at least half my body’s weight in fluid oz (water)

I have done relatively well, but I need to brush up more on my eating habits.

On my good days, I eat like this for lunch
